My scientific expertises

I am expert of impact of cosmological parameters on simulated galaxy cluster observables (e.g. Ragagnin et al. (2021); correlations and projection effects in synthetic multi-wavelength observations (X-ray, SZ, optical, and derived weak lensing signal) of galaxy clusters in hydrodynamical cosmological simulations, as preparatory studies for Euclid data (e.g. Euclid Collaboration: Ragagnin et al. 2025); Self interacting dark matter (SIDM, Ragagnin et al. 2024); Galaxy-galaxy strong lensing in cluster cores and impact of AGN feedback on cluster galaxy evolution (e.g. Ragagnin et al. 2022a); Formation and evolution of so-called fossil groups (e.g., Ragagnin et al. 2019); and origin of X-ray faint luminosity groups, including the impact of AGN feedback (e.g. Ragagnin et al. 2022b); High Performance Computing (HPC) and development of hydrodynamical cosmological simu- lation codes (Gadget-like; e.g., Ragagnin et al. 2016), big data, web visualization, web portals (e.g., Ragagnin et al. 2017), and GPU porting (e.g., Ragagnin et al. 2020,2026); Application of Machine Learning methods to study the impact of cosmological parameters on galaxies from hydrodynamical simulations (e.g., Ragagnin et al. 2023).
